What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours’ notice. We will hold your credit card information and charge it on the due date.

Do you have parking? Where can I park?

Yes, we do have parking! However, due to our limited parking spots, we encourage carpooling, especially on holidays or weekends. Please do not confuse our parking lot with the Anchorage or Yacht Basin Marina, which are exclusive private parking lots.

You are welcome to park in our lot. If our parking lot is full, no worries! For a fee of $9, we can provide you with a permit to park in the state park parking lot just across the street.

Where are you located?

Our address is 1810 Ottawa Beach Road, Holland, MI. We are located on the north side of Lake Macatawa, which connects to Lake Michigan. Our business is situated between the Anchorage and Yacht Basin Marina, only 5 minutes from Holland State Park. You can also find us on Google Maps by searching “Holland Water Sports.”

Can I take a jetski or boat to Lake Michigan?

Yes, you can take a jetski or boat to Lake Michigan if the weather is good. You may take jetskis when the waves are less than 2 feet, and pontoon boats when the waves are 1 foot or less. If the weather is bad, for safety reasons, you must stay in Lake Macatawa. There is plenty of space to enjoy boating and jetskiing within Lake Macatawa, which is 6 miles by 2.3 miles in size.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If it rains, we will cancel your reservation. If it starts raining during your rental period, you are welcome to return, and we will issue a gift certificate for your remaining time.
